摘要: Ultrathin SnO2 nanosheets have been successfully synthesized through a simple low temperature hydrothermal strategy and developed for formaldehyde gas detection. Morphology characterizations are confirmed by the results of FESEM, TEM HRTEM. The ultrathin configured as high performance sensors to detect formaldehyde, show very fast response times (<1 s), recovery (6 good repeatability selectivity at relatively working temperature. sensitivity performances attributed morphology affording large specific surface areas more direct conduction pathways. growth mechanism dependent sensing proposed.
