摘要: Colorectal cancer is a heterogeneous disease with wide range of long-term outcomes and responses to treatment. Recent advances in the genetic molecular characterization tumors has yielded set prognostic predictive biomarkers that aid identification patients at higher risk for recurrence progression, some cases indicate likelihood response specific Increasingly, these have become integral treatment algorithm managing colorectal cancer. Prognostic factors can broadly be categorized into impact, clinicopathologic factors, markers. This review will focus primarily on markers, which are foundational paradigmatic shift toward personalized therapy.
