摘要: Abstract Cubic cuprous oxide (Cu 2 O) crystals with various sizes are successfully synthesized under room temperature by a simple solution-phase route. The surface morphology, structure properties and optical absorption spectrum of Cu O characterized transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) UV–visible spectroscopy. limiting (OL) investigated using nanosecond laser at 532 nm. experimental results show that the OL do not only come from nonlinear scattering, but also might be due to absorption.
