摘要: Abstract The effects of Si, W and W–Mo on the isothermal oxidation behaviors Nb/Nb 5 Si 3 in situ composites static air at 1000 1200 °C for 20–100 h were investigated as-cast materials. results show that kinetics each alloy was not changed whether or 1200 °C, mechanism changed. resistance sensitive to content, rate Nb-10Si more than twice as many Nb–20Si alloy. By alloying W, Nb–20Si–10W improved significantly, because WO scale can provide adherence creaked Nb 2 O reduce diffusion oxygen through scale. Comparing with poor Nb–20Si–10W–10Mo attributed evaporation MoO highly porous
