摘要: Nuclear orpan receptors are members of the superfamily structurally related, ligand-inducible transcription factors for which no ligand has yet been identified. Over past few years many nuclear orphan have cloned, but only retinoid X receptor (RXR) a natural (9-cis-retinoic acid) found. Here we report identification melatonin as recently cloned Z beta (RZR beta). We found RZR expression in rat brain nearly coincident with binding sites pineal gland hormone (5-methoxy-N-acetyltryptamine). show here and activation by Kd EC50 values low nanomolar range. A signaling pathway may contribute to some diverse profound effects this hormone, example, context circadian rhythmicity.
