摘要: Growth performance, body composition, conformation and meat quality were evaluated in crossbred pigs originating from three sire lines selected for leanness conformation. The P, which was based on Belgian Pietrain had a leaner carcass better ham compared to the other crossbreds. presence of halo- thane gene resulted poorer comparison homozygous halothane negative crossbred. Body compo- sition not correlated. Hence, information both composition is needed characterize genetic order determine true commercial value pig carcasses, especially when has be taken into account.
