摘要: In Spain, the steel manufacture produces important quantities of by-products, representing between 15 and 20 % total production. Most by-products are deposited on open air spaces causing serious economical environmental problems, internationally, different recycling wais studied, being main alternative for these as recycled aggregate. The possibility in construction sector depends its possible volume instability because presence some undesirable compounds. current paper, two black slags from electric arc furnace industry were chemically characterized, paying attention to well-known compounds by theirs expansion effects, such as: free CaO, MgO, chlorides sulphates. The analytical results carried out research detected insignificant or null amounts harmful Therefore, they should not have any negative incidence phenomena instability.
