Oxidative stability and tocopherol content of refined sunflower oil during long-term storage in different commercial packagings

摘要: The study was undertaken to monitor the changes in oxidative stability and �-tocopherol content of refined sunflower oil during 12 months storage at room temperature different commercial packagings: Tetra brick, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles (PE) canisters. results showed significant influence packaging type on oil. largest were determined packed PE canisters (volume 5 l), where peroxide values (PV) after 9.34 10.46 mmol kg –1 , while lowest increase PV 1.05 1.67 brick packaging. highest specific absorbances also noticed for canister. It came loss tocopherol accordance with degree oxidation. In 6.52 8.14% losses (compared initial value) found, canister found be 14.18 17.88%. Schaal-oven test indicated decrease protective properties packagings packing conditions.
