摘要: Binding to Sema4D and PlexinB1 induce angiogenesis invasive growth in colorectal cancer (CRC). The expression of Semaphorin4D (Sema4D) has been shown be related the prognosis patients with various malignancies. However, correlation between relapse-free survival remains controversial. study population included who underwent surgery for (n = 226). were analyzed by immunohistochemistry tissue stage I, II, III colon cancers. immunohistochemical staining specimens revealed that 95 (42 %) 105 (46.4 %) positive PlexinB1. respectively both found significantly stage, depth tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, lymphatic venous respectively. Sixty-three (27.9 %) expressed was an independent risk factor a worse (HR 1.079, CI 1.013–2.868; P = 0.044). combination protein detected therefore useful predicting disease recurrence CRC patients.
