摘要: This paper discusses an original technique, Sequencing by Aligning Mutants (SAM), the purpose of which is to overcome sequencing difficulties caused problematic genomic regions where local sequence characteristics hinder existing technologies. It involves forming a number mutated copies target DNA, cloning and each these fragments. The effectiveness SAM technology demonstrated DNA elements. An application chip-based sequencing-by-hybridization (SBH) discussed.
