摘要: This study examines the Nemeth (1986) model of minority influence in a field natural work-groups. Confederares (who were also permanenr members ongoing, interacting groups) served as designated agents during 10-week study. Results demonstrated that experimental groups engaged more divergent thinking and developed original products than control groups. Minoriry did not experience social conflict Contrary to expectations, received higher peer ratings other group members.
