Long pulse operation of discharge-excited XeCl* lasers

摘要: An estimate is given for the range of specific power input over which fully cw operation a discharge-excited XeCl* laser may be possible. It suggested that premature termination both spontaneous emission and pulses at levels 270 kW cm-3 can explained in terms HCl deposition active volume.
