摘要: The titration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) by bioluminescence permits rapid evaluation the quantity viable micro-organisms present in a water sample. During two sampling campaigns, Societe Anonyme de Gestion des Eaux Paris (SAGEP) tested new extraction and system bacterial ATP drinking distribution network. As far as entire set results analyses network is concerned there linear relationship between log [ATP] log(HPC-R2A/ml). Furthermore, regards originating from treatment surface waters, some obtained indicate slight change microbiological quality. This certainly linked to distance travelled production location well reservoir effect observed on site. Conversely, no apparent with regard waters underground origin. Lastly, despite changes temperature chlorine residual, significant influence has been observed, essentially because very low density culturable bacteria.
