摘要: PURPOSE: To evaluate the cause of complications in intraarterial chemotherapy for brain tumors and validate a dosage algorithm based on arterial territory. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Four hundred sixty-two procedures were performed 113 patients. Technique included pulsatile infusion chemotherapeutic agent. Dosage was calculated per hemisphere divided territory according to spatial dose fractionation vascular territories major cerebral arteries: middle artery, 60%; anterior 20%; posterior 15%; perforator arteries, 5%.
