摘要: Chemically crosslinked hyaluronic acid hydrogels are synthesized with a homogeneous crosslinking process using divinyl sulfone (DVS) as agent. Testing different conditions, in terms of both DVS content and curing time, we aim to keep control over the order prepare biocompatible mechanical properties closely approximating those extracellular matrix (ECM) natural stem cells niches (0.1÷50kPa). The evaluated through reliable methodology based on three independent techniques: dynamic rheological analysis, used benchmark method; swelling experiments following Flory-Rehner theory atomic force microscope (AFM) nanoindentation experiments. Our results demonstrate that controlling parameters it is possible design desired elastic moduli values. HA can be ideal coating materials implemented regenerative medicine particularly engineering ECM vitro.
