摘要: A new 5.1-mHz continuous wave esophageal Doppler system is described for hemodynamic monitoring in ventilated patients. Information obtained from the size, shape, and changes shape of velocity waveforms descending aortic blood flow. Minute distance, product waveform area (stroke distance) heart rate, provides a measure cardiac output. Good agreement between this technique thermodilution was shown output with 238 paired measurements made 38 The coefficient variation lower (3.8%) than simultaneous (6.2%). Seventy-eight left ventricular filling, systemic vascular resistance, or inotropic state produced consistent alterations narrow-based being indicative hypovolemia. This development marks significant advance useful alternative to invasive monitoring, both ICU perioperatively.
