摘要: Overactivation of immune pathways in obesity is an important cause insulin resistance and thus new approaches aimed to limit inflammation or its consequences may be effective for treating Type 2 diabetes. The SOCS (suppressors cytokine signalling) are a family proteins that play essential role mediating inflammatory responses both cells metabolic organs such as the liver, adipose tissue skeletal muscle. In present review we discuss SOCS1 SOCS3 controlling macrophages T-cells impact this can have on systemic resistance. We also dissect mechanisms by which (1–7) regulate signalling different tissues including their receptor substrates. Lastly, findings from whole-body tissue-specific null mice, implicate these action glucose homoeostasis obesity.
