摘要: Several systems using acetylcholinesterase have been developped to detect carbamates and organophosphates insecticides from organic or inorganic samples. We studied enzyme bovine erythrocyte, Electrophorus electricus, Drosophila melanogaster, Torpedo californica Caenorhabditis elegans, determine the best adapted use in biosensors. It appeared that insect was more susceptible a broad range of than other tested enzymes. In addition, this rendered 12-fold sensitive some by vitro mutagenesis Y408(330), compared electricus enzyme.
