摘要: Malignant brain cancer treatment is limited by a number of barriers, including the blood-brain barrier, transport within interstitium, difficulties in delivering therapeutics specifically to tumor cells, highly invasive quality gliomas and drug resistance. As result, prognosis for patients with high-grade poor has improved little recent years. Nanomedicine approaches have been developed laboratory, some technologies being translated clinic, order address these needs. This review discusses obstacles effective that are currently faced field, as well various nanomedicine techniques used or explored overcome them, focus on liposomal polymeric nanoparticles.
