摘要: Effects of magnesium (Mg)-intake on mineral levels in bone, blood and various tissues, bone density plasma lipids were examined 4-wk-old, female Wistar rats fed diets five different Mg-contents 1/10, 1 (standard diet (Mg 47 mg/100 g diet): control group), 2, 5 10-fold the standard content for 4 wk. In 1/10-fold Mg diet, body weight gain declined with a statistical significance compared to rats, while no significant differences observed 2-, 5-, diets. The imbalance concentrations 1/10 was induced, but high not induced except tibia. concentration tibia significantly increased group. All groups (1/10-fold, groups) showed changes tibial levels, group, With increase Mg-intake, decline lipid parameters such as cholesterol, triglycerides phospholipids are induced. Based these results, it suggested that higher Mg-intake (around 5-fold Mg-content) might have prophylactic potential against onset hyperlipidemia cardiovascular disease by reducing indices, bone.
