Structural properties of CaBaLaCu3Oy studied by NMR/NQR method

摘要: Abstract The first NMR/NQR study of the high- T c superconductor CaBaLaCu 3 O y has been carried out on a sample enriched with 43 Ca and 135 Ba which allowed one to observe signals from all cations. Direct evidence was obtained that superconducting compound contains less than starting composition large part Cu forms spurious dielectric phase. phase is close (Ca 0.5 La )(Ba 1.25 0.75 )Cu as proposed for time by Keller-Belest et al. A highly asymmetric electric-field gradient observed at sites in Ba/La plane indicates local environment these ions not tetragonal spite overall crystal symmetry. symmetric field gradient, however, found cations central Ca/La plane. No cation ordering or special superstructure oxygen could be detected.
