Nuclear spectroscopy using (d,αγ) angular correlations

摘要: Abstract We show that ( d , αγ) particle γ-ray angular correlation measurements are worthwhile for determining the spins of states with J ≤4 in residual odd-odd nuclei when deuterons, incident on an even-even target, quantized along beam direction, firstly their m s = 0 and secondly 1 (or −1) substate α-particles detected at 0° or 180° to direction.
