摘要: Abstract The active forms of tetanus and botulinum neurotoxins, released from the precursor molecule by specific proteolysis reduction, block release neurotransmitters via a Zn 2+ -dependent protease activity. VAMP/synaptobrevin, an integral membrane protein synaptic vesicles, is cleaved at single site B, D F neurotoxins. unique sequence, mechanism activation activity clostridial neurotoxins mark them out as independent group -endopeptidases.
