摘要: Abstract Background: Reports on the long-term oncologic outcomes of laparoscopic liver resection (LLR) compared to open (OLR) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are rare. The aim this study was compare LLR and OLR as a treatment for HCC patients. Patients Methods: A total 125 were included (32 underwent 93 OLR). Data categorized according operation methods. primary endpoints disease-free survival overall survival. secondary surgical HCC. Results: Capsular invasion more frequent group (P = .001). median follow-up period 48 months (1–188 month). There no significant differences between two groups regarding mortality morbidity.
