摘要: Looking at the present food chain, concerns are related to anxiety among consumers about quality of they eat, GMOs, use pesticides and antibiotics, industrializa‐ tion agricultural system. Growing consumer demand for organic (OF) is based on most these facts [1, 2]. Although OF generally considered less risk than conventional foods, this debate has been re-launched as a direct consequence rising con‐ cerns risks associated with intensive production, tion, effects technologies scares 3].
