摘要: In this study, we optimized the geometry and composition of additive-manufactured pedicle screws. Metal powders titanium-aluminum-vanadium (Ti-6Al-4V) were mixed with reactive glass-ceramic biomaterials bioactive glass (BG) powders. To optimize screws, applied a novel numerical approach to proposing optimal shape healing chamber promote biological healing. We examined effects screw implants on interfacial autologous bone attachment graft incorporation through in vivo studies. The addition an amount BG Ti-6Al-4V leads lower elastic modulus ceramic-metal composite material, effectively reducing stress-shielding effects. Pedicle design made material doped fabricated additive manufacturing exhibit greater osseointegration more rapid volume fraction during fracture process 120 days after implantation, per
