摘要: Abstract Electron injection from CdTe quantum dots (CdTe-QDs) into ultra-thin CdS layers has been demonstrated bytransient and spectral dependent surface photovoltage (SPV) methods while the thickness of layer was variedsystematically between several nm tens on nm. Signal heights decay times at half maximum were correlatedwith layer. The increased by orders magnitude for electronstransferred across charge-selective CdS/CdTe-QD contact in comparison to electrons photo-generated CdSlayer.
