摘要: Pulsed discharge is a promising approach for producing non-thermal plasma at atmospheric pressure. power generators vary widely in performance and should be chosen according to the application requirements. In this paper, repetitive microsecond-pulse generator was constructed using cascading of modules, where all solid-state switches were considered as key units. The able produce pulses with peak voltage 2 kV, pulse duration few microseconds, repetition frequency 5 kHz 1000Ω resistive load. Output could adjusted by varying ac input voltage. Both width controlled changing driving signal IGBT. addition, successfully used application.
