摘要: OBJECTIVES The aim of this prospective clinical trial was to present the 6-year outcomes a two-piece yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (Y-TZP) implant system in partially edentulous patients. MATERIAL AND METHODS Forty-nine implants were placed 32 patients systemically healthy. Zirconia abutments connected with adhesive resin cement. Single-unit full-ceramic crowns cemented. cases have been followed for an average 82.2 ± 5.86 months after loading (range 74.93-92.26 months). RESULTS 24 participants 39 available examination 6 years loading. cumulative survival rate 83%. On level, mechanical complication 17.5%, technical 13%, and biological 8%. After 6 years, subjects reported good satisfaction treatment: 3.7 ± 4.4 on visual analog scale (VAS) from 0 100 mm. CONCLUSIONS Within limitations case series study, could offer alternative treatment single spaces posterior region. major long term pioneering abutment fracture; however, due versatility system, replacement broken parts possible.
