摘要: In late 2011 the South African government published a White Paper outlining climate change response policies for coming decades. Among main topics of text were socio-economic and climatic vulnerabilities country, including situation poor. With aim analysing argumentation regarding social justice we develop combined linguistic discursive approach, starting with occurrences keywords pertaining to rights, equity poverty. The Paper's conceptualisation is explored as narrative, at level whole. This analysis shows that legal rights poor are hardly given any place in argumentation, whereas less constricting political intentions far more present. Furthermore, attributes passive role poor, dependent on benevolence hero itself.
