摘要: This paper presents a simplified procedure allowing for rapid prediction of the strength lock mitered gate s ubmitted to ship impact. In this article, force opposed penetration vessel is derived by supposing that bow perfectly rigid, so total initial kinetic energy has b e entirely transformed through an internal dissipation. For given striking vessel, analytical p rocedure followed in order estimate amount dissipated local and global deformations impacted st ructure. An equivalent quasi-static then derived. A co mparison made with finite elements simulation test procedure.
