摘要: In this study, cellulose nanoparticles were prepared by acid hydrolysis, separately conjugated with allicin and lysozyme a carbodiimide cross-linker, characterized scanning electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Then, their antimicrobial properties evaluated the microdilution method compared allicin, lysozyme, nanocellulose alone. The results showed that had few activities, but allicin-conjugated (ACNC) lysozyme-conjugated (LCNC) good antifungal antibacterial effects against standard strains of Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli. Noticeably, although different minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) all strains, same quantity MIC50 MIC90 was observed for both ACNC LCNC. authors suggest LCNC can be used in industries as an agent food packaging, inside foodstuffs, textile materials.
