摘要: Two monoclonal antibodies, designated MRC OX-41 and OX-42, have been shown to label subsets of macrophages. Using immunoperoxidase immunofluorescence analysis, tissue macrophages were be heterogeneous with respect binding OX-42 antibodies. Although both antibodies labelled macrophages, the also reacted granulocytes dendritic cells. The antigens recognized by these identified metabolic cell surface labelling followed immunoprecipitation sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). a protein 110,000-120,000 MW, while immunoprecipitated three polypeptides molecular weights 160,000, 103,000 95,000. Fab fragment antibody inhibited complement-mediated rosette formation between sensitized erythrocytes rat granulocytes. Membrane molecules similar biochemical functional properties antigen in mouse man as receptors for iC3b, it is probable that recognizes homologue other species.
