摘要: Abstract 1. An alternative to the carrier hypothesis is considered in which fluxes across red cell membranes are likened diffusion of solutes within a lattice. The membrane lattice an array fixed binding sites situated water-filled channels span membrane. One dimensional takes place between sites, and exchange different permitted neighbouring or solution on either side boundary sites. 2. A computer simulation solute implemented with Monte Carlo method. flux kinetics obtained closely resemble sugar flow following ways: (a) saturation net flow; (b) saturatin accelerated (c) uphill counterflow; (d) relatively greater slowly permeating rapidly solute, than another solute; (e) explanation for fact that parameters K m (accelerated flow) s , dissociation constant, exceed (net flow). 3. competitive sorption fit observed flows more completely kinetic predictions hypothesis.
