摘要: The simplest biological transport system so far extensively investigated is that of monosaccharides in human erythrocytes. Despite its simplicity there still considerable doubt and divergence opinion concerning mechanism. Some confusion may arise as a result the comparison diverse data obtained by different workers using variety experimental techniques. To minimize this problem, an attempt made here to repeat, under standard conditions with much care possible, five more definitive types experiments previously performed on system. It hoped effort internally consistent set which quantitative predictions various proposed mechanisms be compared primary criterion for their acceptability.
