Italian consensus on EULAR recommendations 2005 for the management of hip osteoarthritis

摘要: The recommendations for the management of osteoarthritis (OA) hip were proposed by EULAR in 2005. Among most important objectives expert charged to provide these their wide dissemination and implementation. Thus, information generated can be used each individual country produce own set guidelines algorithms treatment primary care. According with that previously executed recommendation 2003 knee, Italian Society Rheumatology (SIR) has organised a Consensus on 2005 OA. To obtain an acceptability as large possible, group experts was composed many physicians interested OA, including Orthopaedics, Rheumatologists, Physiatrists, General Practitioners. Main aim analyse applicability according experience local situations Italy. results this have demonstrated majority are endorsed experts. Furthermore, final document clearly indicated need specialists involved OA strongly encourage also
