摘要: In several telepresence applications the transmitting end is resource constrained, hence multi-view video has to be source coded and transmitted a location where stereo matching performed. The effect of coding on techniques presently not well understood. this paper, we present an analysis which quantitatively demonstrates impact standard quality well-known algorithms. We propose quantitative evaluation methodology framework. Evaluation also presented for state-of-the-art Annex H H.264/AVC (multi-view coding). results shed light tradeoff between parameters dense matching. This enables us select suitable operating regions both coding, diverse range applications. addition, various system configurations with varying performance-complexity are compared, giving insight selecting configuration variety
