摘要: After entrainment pacing, the postpacing interval of a diastolic potential may be misinterpreted if distal tip ablation catheter captures remote bystander pathway adjacent to critical isthmus complex reentrant circuit in structurally diseased heart. We discuss this possible pitfall mapping ventricular tachycardia, observed after healed myocardial infarction.
