摘要: Background: The calcium antagonist lacidipine has been shown to be highly vasoselective and improve myocardial perfusion in hypertensive patients. However, its effects on coronary artery vasomotility post-stenotic flow reserve patients with atherosclerotic heart disease are unknown.
