摘要: A graphene/TiO2 nanocrystals hybrid has been successfully prepared by directly growing TiO2 on graphene oxide (GO) sheets. The direct growth of the GO sheets was achieved a two-step method, in which first coated hydrolysis and crystallized into anatase hydrothermal treatment second step. Slow induced use EtOH/H2O mixed solvent addition H2SO4 facilitates selective suppresses free solution. method offers easy access to GO/TiO2 with uniform coating strong interactions between underlying coupling gives advanced materials various applications including photocatalysis. superior photocatalytic activity other degradation rhodamine B, showing an impressive three-fold enhancement over P25. It is expected that material could also be promising for lithium ion batteries, where electrical nanoparticles essential.
