摘要: Proteins, as the elemental basis of living organisms, mostly execute their biological tasks in form supramolecular self-assemblies with subtle architectures, dynamic interactions and versatile functionalities. Inspired by structural harmony functional beauty natural protein to fabricate sophisticated yet highly ordered superstructures represents an adventure pursuit nature's supreme wisdom. In this review, we focus on building self-assembly systems based strategies classify recent progress types utilized driving forces. Especially, design strategy, structure control thermodynamic/kinetic regulation self-assemblies, which will turn provide insights into mechanism, are highlighted. addition, recently, research field is starting extend its interest beyond constructing complex morphologies towards potential applications systems; several attempts complexes also discussed. As such, hope that review a panoramic sketch draw roadmap ultimate construction advanced even can serve analogues counterparts.
