摘要: Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) has been evolving from a sectoral policy of farm commodity support into an integrated for rural development and environmental enhancement. Rural is closely linked to two concepts: diversity (multifunctionality) sustainability as achieving optimal at community level key in the problem. In this paper impact redistribution, resulting recent CAP reforms, are analyzed framework privately provided public goods. It shown that redistribution can importantly household welfare, conditional on households’ technology (opportunity costs) contributing development, their current levels contribution, form function.
