摘要: A new type of filter which has the most desirable properties an image smoothing is proposed. These are (1) robust efficiency, (2) edge preservation, and (3) thin-line detail preservation. The filter, called weighted D computes its output as median averages, instead plain averages used in Hodges-Lehman symmetrically placed order statistics. Experiments one particular weighting scheme considered discussed. experimental comparison results verify useful proposed filter. >
