摘要: The synthesis of a composite cobalt phosphide nanowires and reduced graphene oxide (denoted CoP/RGO) via facile hydrothermal method combined with subsequent annealing step is reported. resulting presents large specific surface area enhanced conductivity, which can effectively facilitate charge transport accommodates variations in volume during the lithiation/de-lithiation processes. As result, CoP/RGO nanocomposite manifests high reversible capacity 960 mA·h·g–1 over 200 cycles at current density 0.2 A·g–1 (297 10,000 20 A·g–1) excellent rate capability (424 10 A·g–1).
