摘要: Combined quantitative (real-time) polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry were used to evaluate the expression of minor acute phase protein alpha 1-acid glycoprotein (AGP, orosomucoid) in bovine extrahepatic tissues. AGP was produced mainly salivary glands spleen, whereas detected all other tissues sampled, including lung, lymph nodes, uterus, ovary, kidney tongue. The findings consistent with immunohistochemical results. In view immunomodulatory direct antibacterial activity AGP, its may signal an involvement regulation local immunity, even non-pathological conditions.
