摘要: Saliva is a unique biological fluid, with an important role in the oral physiology. It major player process of and general health maintenance (Humphrey, 2001). According to recent data it mirrors condition thus reflecting various systemic changes body (Chiappelli, 2006; Nagler, 2002, 2008). colorless viscous liquid mixture fluids which includes secretions from both minor salivary glands. Additionally, contains several constituents nonsalivary origin: gingival crevicular expectorated bronchial nasal secretions, serum blood derivates wounds, bacteria bacterial products, viruses fungi, desquamated epithelial cells, leukocytes, electrolytes, immunoglobulins, proteins enzymes, food debris small portion gastro-esophageal reflux, etc. (Edgar, 1990; 2002). These facts motivate more extended use saliva samples for diagnosis different diseases.
