摘要: Milk from cows with sub-clinical mastitis accidentally mixed into bulk milk enters food chain and poses a threat to human health. other dairy products are reported be frequently infected Staphylococcus aureus. Also Streptococcus agalactiae has been described as one of the most common agents invasive infections. The present study was aimed at discussing economy public health importance in cattle well hazard causative organisms (S. aureus Str. agalactiae). Seven-hundred-and-four composite samples were collected (two or three times per cow lactation) 275 kept two herds. analysed for presence S. aureus, mastitis-causing organisms. For pooled data latent subclinical frequency containing 16.6 1.4%, while those dysgalactiae, Escherichia coli − 4.7, 2.9, 14.7%, respectively. Quality found ranging within European standard. However, high prevalence both herds suggests that hygienic control measures should applied during production.
