摘要: Objective To determine the efficiency of embryo scoring systems for multiple pregnancy in women undergoing IVF procedures. Design Retrospective record analysis. Setting University hospital, tertiary medical center. Patient(s) Three hundred one patients controlled ovarian stimulation, IVF/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and day 3 transfer. Intervention(s) IVF/ICSI Main Outcome Measure(s) Rate rate pregnancy. Result(s) The score best three embryos (Top3) was more correlated with outcome than were number good ( P =.009) or cumulative =.038). In logistic regression model, Top3 relevant to younger age Conclusion(s) morphology criteria can help reduce transferred into patients. We could use as an indicator older
