摘要: The rate of urbanization or the proportion population that lives in cities world increases every year, a city should adopt concept smart may increase quality life. Indonesia is undergoing historic change and beginning to enter urban economic stage. Cities are growing faster than other Asian countries, hence it interesting implement economy Indonesia. Smart Economy concerns an open, transparent, varied adds value cities. Its characteristics include variety employment opportunities with labor market flexibility, diversification promotes entrepreneurship innovation as well more productivity through local, regional global linkages. This characteristic embodies high level competitiveness worldwide also at local level. research explores variables indicators used measure derived from literature opinion 18 respondents quadruple helix backgrounds namely, business player, government, expert/researcher civil society. study finds 10 34 whether has implemented Indonesian perspective.
