摘要: Government plans and policies can provide insights even be translated into technology opportunities to simulate new research directions for the evolution of national infrastructure information communications technology. In Malaysia, Greater Kuala Lumpur (KL), which is part twelve National Key Economic Areas Transformation Program (ETP), has been outlined with aim transforming capital city Lumpur, including its surrounding municipalities, a vibrant prosperous metropolitan area. line this vision, article gains from KL policy converts it technological opportunities, so serves as an initial investigation on smart framework tailor-made Malaysian context. New in form are provided outcomes investigation. The proposed significance future decisions made investment strategic planning.
