In Malaysia, Greater Kuala Lumpur (KL), which is part twelve National Key Economic Areas Transformation Program (ETP), has been outlined with aim transforming capital city Lumpur, including its surrounding municipalities, a vibrant prosperous metropolitan area. line this vision, article gains from KL policy converts it technological opportunities, so serves as an initial investigation on smart framework tailor-made Malaysian context. New in form are provided outcomes investigation. The proposed significance future decisions made investment strategic planning.
